Anita Barry N.D
Anita has been a passionate advocate of complementary medicine for over 35 years. Her passion started when as a young woman she had a skin condition that Conventional Medicine was unable to cure. She decided to take responsibility for her own health and started studying everything she could about natural therapies. In a short space of time, her skin problem disappeared and was completely cured.
She obtained her formal qualifications as a Naturopath in 1994 which also encompassed studies in Homeopathy, Herbal Medicine, Clinical Nutrition and the Medical Sciences. Later she gained qualifications in Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM)
Anita constantly seeks the most up to date information by attending Conferences in Australia and Overseas. Her continued post graduate studies have been fuelled by her passion to find the answers to each patient’s unique presentation of health issues by treating the whole person rather than just their problem.
Educating patients to help them understand such things as the way they think emotionally, what they are eating and the toxins that they are inhaling, can have a major impact on their current and future health. Each patient is given a fully customised treatment program specific to their needs. Anita believes that personalised treatment and patient compliance obtains the most effective clinical results for health restoration.
Anita is a member of ATMS – Australian Traditional Medicine Society and claims for extras can be made with most health funds.
Peter Barry Practitioner and CEO
Peter has been a Practitioner of Natural Therapies for over 20 years. Before that he was a director of a Department Store / Supermarket chain and a Home Renovation Business. His journey started as a young man when he suffered from a host of health problems including a chronic sinus condition which resulted in two operations which produced no positive results. Anita put him on some essential vitamins and minerals and modified his diet and within a fortnight there were no more sinus problems – to this day.
Peter’s passion is Energy Medicine. He is a Certified Electro dermal practitioner and has had extensive training in the US and has customised our clinic computer programs to optimise treatment outcomes. He has also officially trained other practitioners in Electro Dermal testing procedures.
His other areas of qualification include Advanced Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM), Evox Perception Reframing, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Massage and Reiki.
Peter performs all of the Food Sensitivity Testing and most of the Pet Consultations He also does Racehorse Consultations.
